Key Responsibilities
- Source, Screen, and Interview Candidates: Identify and engage with qualified healthcare professionals for various positions, including nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals. Conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to fully understand their needs and expectations. Provide exceptional service to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Job Posting and Marketing: Create and post compelling job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent.
- Communication and Feedback: Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process. Ensure that all communication is professional, clear, and concise.
- Record Keeping and Data Management: Maintain accurate records of applicants and job postings using recruitment databases and systems. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Interest in Healthcare Recruitment: A strong interest in healthcare recruitment and staffing is essential for this role.
