- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to maintain a deep understanding of the finance industry.

- Ability to work full-time on-site during the arenaflex training program (ASA), followed by a hybrid work schedule that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration.
- Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients 24/7, including overnight and weekend availability.
