With a strong presence in every state where we conduct business, we are proud to be the market leader in our industry. **Scope of the Role** As a First Notice of Loss - Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for policyholders reporting losses or damages covered by their arenaflex policies. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, gathering essential information, assessing initial claim validity, and ensuring a seamless and empathetic experience for the policyholder.
