We’re looking for a French speaking Customer Love Team Member with excellent communication skills who can bring smiles (and wagging tails) to our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will join a team of fellow Benelux Customer Love Team members who are all dedicated to ensuring the customer experience for our dogs and their humans is top of the bill. This role is available full-time (39 hours) or part-time (minimum 32 hours), and you’ll work hybrid: at least 1 day per week (on Wednesdays) in our Amsterdam office and the rest from home.
We're hoping to find someone who can join us in October 2025 and is available to work 4 or 5 days per week from Monday–Saturday, including occasional Saturdays (at least once per month). If you're open to working Saturdays more consistently to help reduce weekend backlog, that's a bonus!
In addition to the above requirements, we're looking for someone with a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills. If you have experience working in a similar role, that's a plus! We're also looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
