As a Full Stack Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the face of blithequark, delivering world-class service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
* Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Upselling and cross-selling our products and services to enhance customer experiences
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers

**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
* 6 months experience providing customer service or selling products and services
* Ability to work from home with high-speed internet connection available
* Availability to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues
* 6+ months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
* Keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
* 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, not necessarily specific to call centers
* Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to adapt and thrive in constant change
