We're looking for an experienced Customer Experience Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for researching and testing operating systems-level software compilers, network distribution software, and planning, architecting, deploying, or supporting complex client/server or base software systems. You will also establish standards for design, architecture, and recovery processes, develop implementation, validation, and rollback plans, and lead investigations of problems using standard and custom problem management tools and processes.
A Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Physics, or a related field is required.
12 months of experience providing customer technical readiness, delivery support services, on-premise and remote technical support, solution development, and account management is required.
