As part of our team, you'll become a part of an iconic brand that values transparency, simplicity, and member satisfaction above all else. **The Role** As a Remote Member/Customer Services Advocate, you'll play a vital role in our efforts to provide accurate and responsive service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to work directly with AAA Life Members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing them with an outstanding experience.
