Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll be the initial point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and resolving issues with our website, app, and in-car software. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure that every interaction leaves them feeling valued, understood, and supported. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone, resolving issues with our website, app, and in-car software
- Troubleshoot problems and provide step-by-step instructions to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Work independently with discipline and motivation to succeed in both onsite and virtual environments
- Multitask in systems while patiently providing support to customers, navigating multiple applications to research solutions
- Calmly provide conflict resolution and navigate frustrated customer situations with an aptitude for service orientation and social perceptiveness
- Collaborate with teams outside of Support to resolve issues that may need additional assistance, acting as a bridge for the customer
- Maintain high levels of professionalism, courtesy, and empathy in all interactions with customers
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Able to work a full-time work week of 32-40 hours, with overtime opportunities as needed
- Able to maintain 100% strict adherence to the assigned schedule
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong computer knowledge, including ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- High level of expertise with spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Courteous and friendly with high level of professionalism
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Previous work from home experience
- Prior experience with email and chat support
- Prior experience using customer support/relationship management software or similar systems
- Prior experience with automotive customer support/service/success
- Prior experience with technology customer support/success (phones, computer, etc.)
- Passion for automotive topics and electric vehicles
