**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be a key member of our customer support team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and help consumers navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. **Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, including answering questions and addressing concerns about health insurance plans and enrollment processes
* Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure
* Respond to online chat inquiries and provide support to customers through various communication channels
* Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and arenaflex standards
* Develop creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
* Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver results
**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with experience using CRM systems and software applications
* High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
* Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
* Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
* Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
* Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required (NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
* Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
* Previous experience in a Call Center environment
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Spanish Bilingual, a plus
