As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers nationwide, providing assistance and support to help reunite them with their missing pets.
**What You’ll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
* Reassure callers who may be panicked about their missing pets, providing a calm and empathetic response
* Serve as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet parents, working closely with customers to resolve their issues
* Provide a positive experience for our customers, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, helpful, and efficient

* Adhere to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work day or evening shifts

**What You’ll Bring**
