Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our virtual support team. Key Responsibilities

- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, as well as other key performance indicators, such as first contact resolution and average handle time.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes.
Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as other software applications relevant to the role.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.

- Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish and English.
