- Assist in setting up and implementation of ServiceTitan, our dispatching software, and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in dispatching, preferably in a similar industry such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and dispatching software such as ServiceTitan
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members
- Familiarity with plumbing/HVAC/service terminology, processes, and materials, which can be beneficial for understanding the business and communicating effectively with technicians and customers
- A clear background check, as we prioritize the safety and security of our customers and team members
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
