**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple markets and offices. You will be responsible for scheduling patient surgeries, answering phones, explaining our services and fees, answering questions, taking down insurance information, scheduling and running financing applications, and coordinating with local surgery managers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Scheduling patient surgeries and coordinating with local surgery managers
* Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Explaining our services and fees to patients and answering questions
* Taking down insurance information and scheduling and running financing applications
* Coordinating with local surgery managers to ensure seamless patient care
* Providing exceptional customer experiences across multiple markets and offices
* Collaborating with the call center team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* Spanish speaking fluency (read, write, and translate)
* Residency in one of the following states: Utah
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Experience in sales, upselling, and customer support (minimum 3 months)
* High-speed internet connection (50-100 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed)
* Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm or 10:00am-6:30pm, and every sixth Saturday from 8:00am-4:00pm

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
* Familiarity with software applications and technology
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
