As a Remote Inbound Customer Support & Sales Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth for arenaflex. You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and upselling relevant products to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound customer calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

**Essential Qualifications**
* A minimum of 12 months telesales-based experience in one role, within the last 3 years
* Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the insurance industry, with knowledge of insurance products and services
* Certification in sales or customer service, such as CIRM or CSIA
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn
