**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights. You will apply advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Your expertise will help us optimize our content portfolio, marketing strategies, and business operations to stay ahead of the competition.
**Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
* Applying advanced data analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
* Analyzing customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Forecasting content engagement to inform procurement decisions and optimize content release strategies
* Streamlining our content launch and episode release processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Testing marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention
* Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform business decisions
* Providing ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to drive business growth
* Effectively communicating insights and recommendations through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
* Experience with statistical analysis and AI methods, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Nice to Have**
* A Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
