**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a data analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for executing existing reporting and analytical tasks, leveraging data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests, and fostering additional technical capabilities within our team. **Key Responsibilities**
* **30%**: Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to business stakeholders.
* **20%**: Utilize data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests, driving business growth and informing strategic decisions.
* **20%**: Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.
* **20%**: Foster additional technical capabilities and topic expertise within our team, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
* **10%**: Present findings in easily digestible formats, focusing on how data analysis contributes to the overall business strategy.

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as software engineering, mathematics, computer science, or economics.
* 2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, evaluation, and estimation.
* Prior experience in analyzing significant topics, such as inventory networks, marketing, or operations.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar data set frameworks.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations.
