**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will apply advanced analytical procedures (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions. You will also analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical procedures (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
* Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Anticipate content engagement to inform procurement decisions
* Streamline our content release and episode discharge methodology
* Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs, measuring content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
* Provide impromptu analytical support to partners to drive business forward
* Successfully communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
* Proficiency in SQL and experience in R as well as Python
* Experience in statistical analysis and AI methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
* Exceptional data storytelling abilities through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
