**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Architect to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain data models, data quality, and data governance, ensuring that our data is accurate, reliable, and secure.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Lead the design and implementation of data solutions**: Develop and maintain data models, data quality, and data governance, ensuring that our data is accurate, reliable, and secure.
* **Define and implement data standards**: Establish and maintain data standards, including data definitions, data types, and data formats, to ensure consistency and accuracy across the organization.
* **Develop and maintain data documentation**: Create and maintain documentation that records how data should be moved from source systems to the utilization layer, including source-to-target mappings.
* **Collaborate with stakeholders**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data analysts, and data scientists, to understand business requirements and develop data solutions that meet those needs.
* **Stay up-to-date with industry trends**: Stay current on industry trends and advancements in data-related technologies, models, and techniques, and apply that knowledge to improve our data solutions.
* **Analyze and improve data quality**: Identify and address data quality issues, and develop and implement processes to improve data quality and accuracy.
* **Develop and maintain data architecture**: Develop and maintain data architecture, including data models, data warehouses, and data lakes, to support business applications and analytics.
* **Lead data governance**: Lead data governance initiatives, including data security, data compliance, and data privacy, to ensure that our data is secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.
* **Mentor and train others**: Mentor and train other data professionals on data architecture, data modeling, and data governance best practices.
**Requirements**
* **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field**: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
* **5+ years of experience in data architecture**: 5+ years of experience in data architecture, including experience with data modeling, data governance, and data quality.
* **Experience with cloud technologies**: Experience with cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
* **Experience with big data technologies**: Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
* **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data problems and develop effective solutions.
* **Excellent communication and collaboration skills**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* **Certifications in data architecture**: Certifications in data architecture, such as Certified Data Architect (CDA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), are a plus.

**Compensation and Benefits**
