**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Data Specialist - Information Analytics, you will be responsible for:
* Creating and operationalizing data pipelines to make data accessible for use (BI, Advanced Analysis, Services)
* Collaborating with data modelers and data/BI architects to design data pipelines and suggest continuous improvement of data storage, data ingestion, data quality, and processing
* Planning, creating, and executing ETL/ELT processes using Informatica Cloud (IICS)
* Utilizing Azure services like Azure SQL DW (Neural connection), ADLS, Azure Event Hub, and Azure Data Factory to improve and accelerate delivery of our data products and services
* Developing large data and NoSQL solutions by creating adaptable data handling stages to drive high-value insights to the organization
* Identifying, planning, and executing internal process improvements: automating manual processes, and enhancing data delivery
* Identifying ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality of data management
* Communicating technical ideas to non-technical audiences both written and verbally
* Performing peer reviews for other data architects' work
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience designing and operationalizing data pipelines with large and complex datasets
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IICS
* 2+ years of experience working with cloud technologies; like ADLS, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure Event Hub, and other big data advancements
* 2+ years of experience in Data Modeling, ETL, and Data Warehousing
* Strong understanding of database storage concepts; Data Lake, Social Data sets, NoSQL, Diagram, Data Warehousing
* Ability to work in a fast-paced agile development environment
* Microsoft Azure/Comparable certifications
* Experience delivering data solutions through agile software development approaches
* Openness to the retail business
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience working with SAP integration tools including Bodies
* Experience with UC4 Job Scheduler
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience conveying data solutions through deft programming development approaches
* Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices
* Experience working with data visualization tools and technologies
* Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services
