**Job Responsibilities**
As a remote data entry representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing customer purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that customer and company commitments are met
* Continuously improving the level of customer satisfaction through efficient order processing and exceptional customer support
* Receiving, editing, and entering incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner
* Reviewing, verifying, and making corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications
* Contacting customers to resolve unclear issues and ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently
* Managing orders in the business system through the entire order cycle
* Screening all international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures
* Gathering information for measurement, analysis, and reporting
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience
* Customer interaction experience is preferred
* Computer experience, including use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle experience is required
* Education & Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years
* Associates Degree preferred
* Paid Training
* Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable
