About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team in India. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and executing events, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring seamless data entry processes. Key Responsibilities
- Innovative conceptualization, making of inventive proposals, and citations for events and customer support
- Collaboration with key partners across various disciplines to adjust and execute event plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Capacity to turn rapidly and maintain a positive attitude and sense of humor
- Proactive communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including title and market marketing experts, Photograph and AV Studio, Article and Distributing, to convey effective event campaign systems
- Production of innovative and high-quality experiences that are customer-driven and unique to Netflix
- Flexibility to manage and execute events, both physical and virtual, with knowledge of the latest tools, platforms, and technologies
- External vendor and office management and oversight
- Providing key guidance on the procurement of scenes, vendors, entertainment, and event-related requirements
- Strong project management, budgeting, and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in events management, preferably from media outlets that involve planning, executing, arranging, and staffing events at an organization, studio, company, or with a brand (experience in film or TV award shows is a plus)
- A self-starter who can work independently, and under pressure, while consistently practicing smart instincts even in the face of ambiguity
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Capacity to turn rapidly and maintain a positive attitude and sense of humor
- Articulate and able to convey an effective mission
- Be straightforward and unafraid to challenge, clarify, or overcome obstacles
- Nimble with careful attention to details
- Great hierarchical skills and ability to focus to complete tasks
- Fantastic communication skills
- Experience working in the Asia-Pacific region is an added advantage
