You will work closely with our IT team, business units, and stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow, identify areas for improvement, and drive business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Managing and maintaining IT assets, including data and business information systems * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes * Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement * Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth * Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective solutions * Collaborating with IT team members to ensure seamless data flow and identify areas for improvement * Developing and maintaining documentation and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and maintain IT assets, including data and business information systems * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes * Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement * Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth * Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective solutions * Collaborate with IT team members to ensure seamless data flow and identify areas for improvement * Develop and maintain documentation and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement * Participate in Scrum meetings and stand-ups to ensure effective communication and collaboration * Be available for 24/7 response for critical issues, as required * Stay up-to-date with the latest arenaflex IT structure, organizations, and applications information, changes, and updates **Essential Qualifications** * Long-term advanced degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree * 2+ years of experience as a Thing Owner or Business Analyst within software, application, or data development * Previous experience as a specialist, data creator, or BI Designer * Fundamental SQL query-making experience * Experience working with data visualization tools, Power BI preferred * Some knowledge of data storytelling and data insight best practices and fundamental data on UX/UI guidelines * Familiarity with cloud data stages * Data on Agile development methodologies * Perception of data, software, and application development, including contributing to their development guides and lifecycles * Experience and clear understanding of specific aspects concerning project management, development, planning, UI, and software that translates into decisions on what to build and prioritization of client stories **Preferred Qualifications** * Long-term certificate in an associated field, such as assessment, computer programming, or MIS * Travel or flight-related experience * Knowledge of cloud data stages, preferably Azure * Experience working with Azure DevOps boards or similar tools * Self-assured attitude and comfortable with uncertainty and change **Work Environment** This role will primarily work in a remote office environment, using standard office equipment such as laptops, phones, printers, and record organizers.
