**About the Job**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be an integral part of our financial operations team. You'll work closely with our Senior Bookkeeping Administrator to drive cycle improvement for our working cost capability. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Preparing journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger
* Being a key player in the monthly close process for arenaflex and external entities for assigned functional areas
* Ensuring financial records are maintained for Management and GAAP
* Preparing combined financial statements using the accepted methodology
* Assisting with providing expectations to external auditors on annual reviews and quarterly audits
* Communicating with FP&A, and functional partners within and outside the organization regarding important accounting matters
* Specialized examinations and projects to further our cycle improvement drives
