**About the Role**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in the exercise of pharmacy, under direct supervision, in accordance with national and federal regulations.
* Using pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
* Maintaining a high level of customer service, engaging with customers, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
* Developing strong relationships with valuable customers and promoting arenaflex's products and services.
* Performing duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, personnel Pharmacist, and Store Supervisor, including utilizing pharmacy systems, filling prescriptions, verifying medication accuracy, and checking for potential interactions.
* Reporting prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhering to company policies and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the quality improvement program.
* Registering all related sales on assigned cash register, collecting and handling coins as required, and taking customers to the OTC aisle to assist in finding merchandise.
* Handling telephone calls that do not require the personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians.
* Processing and correcting guide claims for third-party prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and performing other clerical responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager.
* Assisting the Pharmacy Department in stock management activities, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of prescription medications.
* Maintaining knowledge of company asset safety procedures and documenting claims for warehouse overages, shortages, order mistakes, or broken goods related to Rx capsules.
* Assisting pharmacists in administering medical services, including the collection and proper labeling of blood/urine samples from patients and other medical services as required.
* Assisting the Pharmacy Supervisor and personnel Pharmacist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with the local medical community, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers, through clinical provider detailing and outreach to healthcare agencies, retirement homes, nursing homes, and other forums for reinforcing growth opportunities.
* Assisting with outdoor and indoor maintenance by ensuring the pharmacy department is stocked with sufficient supplies, clean, neat, and orderly in appearance.
**Education & Personal Development**
* Earns and maintains PTCB certification through the unique PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration.
* Attends training and completes PPLs requested by the manager and acquires continuing education credits.
* Maintains expertise and knowledge in healthcare and pharmacy, including latest information and developments.
**Basic Qualifications**
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
* Prefer previous work experience with arenaflex.
* Prefer desirable math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
* Prefer correct computer skills.
* Prefer knowledge of store inventory management.
* Prefer PTCB certification.
