Essential Qualifications: The Right Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in data entry and/or data management, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
• 3+ years of experience operating collaboratively with engineering, design, and consumer research groups, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Crucial thinking/analytical management experience, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive process improvements.
• Experience imparting to senior government audiences, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 3+ years of experience hiring, handling, and growing both junior individuals and senior leaders, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, with a strong foundation in data entry and data management principles.
