**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues, and provide exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
* Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues, and provide exceptional customer service to our patients and customers

* Provide support to our patients and customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient and customer interactions

* Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, computer science, healthcare)
* Current licensure as a registered pharmacist or able to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
* Experience performing data entry tasks, with a strong understanding of data entry systems and procedures
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and customers
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently in a remote work from home environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 2 years of experience as a data entry specialist in a retail or healthcare setting
