**Job Description:**
As an Information Researcher, Examination individual from the Information Stage - Experiences group, you'll provide information investigation and support to stage, service, and functional design groups at arenaflex, shaping how success is measured. Defining what questions should be asked and scaling examination strategies and tools to help our growing business. Moreover, you will assist in supporting the vision for business analysis, solutions engineering for data-related business builds, as well as strategic execution, such as research analysis and mission execution reporting. You are preparing for superior-grade, high-speed decisions and will report to the Director, Information Science.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Work with members from Stages and Services to direct them towards better decision-making from the available information.
* Advance information and insights through managing communications with partners and other groups, collaborate with associates to complete information projects and ensure all parties can utilize the experiences to further progress.
* Keep a client-driven focus while being a space and item master through information, foster trust among peers, and ensure that the groups and projects have access to information to decide.
* Oversee ambiguous issues and adjust tools to address complex questions.
* Recognize the trade-offs between speed and quality of various methodologies.
* Create scientific systems to measure group success by collaborating with groups to establish progress metrics, create ways to track the information and investigate errors, measure and assess the information to develop a common language for all partners to understand these metrics.
* Operationalize information cycles to provide partners with impromptu analysis, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools so everyone gets a grasp of the condition of the business.

**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing web business, or in a high-speed, high-growth product or team.
* Master SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R.
* Experience using data to create insights and drive business results.
* Familiarity with data analysis and communication around data, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining the KPI strategy for your business.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain relationships.
* Four-year degree.
