**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Transportation Analytics crew. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups to analyze and visualize complex data, identify business opportunities, and drive operational improvements. Your expertise in data manipulation, visualization, and analysis will enable you to make a significant impact on our business outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Working with large, messy, disparate datasets and performing ad-hoc analyses to inform business decisions
* Creating ETLs or strategies that pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table
* Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and business challenges
* Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups on a periodic basis to establish credibility and share knowledge
* Analyzing stakeholder needs and partnering with them to share relevant information, including working with Operations, Finance, and Product groups on data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems
* Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting (screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition)
* Documenting your strategies and sharing your expertise with colleagues, mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)
* Creativity with a User Experience basis to enhance impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
* Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root out business problems, ideally with a Supply Chain background and transportation experience
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
* Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
* Experience with Python or other scripting languages
* Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
