**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Database Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Designing, implementing, and maintaining database systems to support business decision-making
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective management of data assets
* Providing data analysis and insights to support business decision-making
* Developing and maintaining database reports and dashboards to support business intelligence
* Troubleshooting database issues and performing disaster recovery tasks
* Performing routine database maintenance tasks, including file maintenance, backup and recovery, and SQL job management
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database management and data analytics
**Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in database administration and management
* Strong knowledge of database design, implementation, and maintenance
* Experience with SQL Server and other database management systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Experience with cloud-based database management systems, such as Azure SQL Database
* Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts

* Familiarity with scripting languages, such as PowerShell
* Experience with database performance tuning and optimization
