What You'll Do
As an Inside Chat Sales Agent at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving Sales: Leverage your sales expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Engage with potential customers through inbound leads, cold calls, and referrals, and convert them into satisfied clients.
- Building Relationships: Develop strong connections with customers. Understand their fitness needs, provide tailored recommendations on our products, and ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Mastering the Sales Process: Guide prospects from initial contact to successful closure. Demonstrate product features, handle objections, and effectively communicate the unique benefits of our fitness equipment.
- Staying Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in fitness and wellness, as well as competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to provide insightful recommendations and maintain our competitive edge.
- Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals. Monitor your performance metrics, track sales activities, and adapt strategies to maximize results.
- Enhancing Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale. Address any issues or follow-up needs promptly, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
- Collaborating and Contributing: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams. Share insights, participate in strategy sessions, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Schedule and Work Arrangements
As an Inside Chat Sales Agent at blithequark, you'll work a schedule of 2pm-10pm Mountain time, or equivalent (i.e., 4pm-12am Eastern, 3pm-11pm Central, or 1pm-9pm Pacific). Availability to work every Sunday is required, while the other 4 days per week can be flexible. We offer remote work options, allowing you to work from wherever you are, or the opportunity to work in our beautiful Cache Valley office.

What We're Looking For
To succeed as an Inside Chat Sales Agent at blithequark, you'll need:
- Sales Experience: Proven success in inside sales or a similar role, ideally within the fitness or consumer goods sectors. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.
- People Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers.
- Results-Driven: Strong problem-solving skills and a relentless drive to achieve and surpass goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Experience with data-driven sales strategies is a plus.
- Fitness Enthusiast: A genuine passion for fitness and wellness. Your enthusiasm for our products will be a key asset.
