Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Live Chat Support Agent to provide real-time support to our customers via live chat. As a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional live chat support to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a efficient and effective manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting, ensuring that their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and best practices in customer service
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: The ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with customers via live chat, phone, and email
- Strong problem-solving abilities: The ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them in a timely and effective manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively: The ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure that customers receive timely and effective support
- Proficiency in typing and computer skills: The ability to type accurately and efficiently, with excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a live chat support environment
- Knowledge of technology industry: Familiarity with the technology industry, including products, services, and trends
- Certification in customer service or technical support: Certification in customer service or technical support, such as ITIL or HDI, is an asset
