Job Summary
We're seeking 2-4 experienced Live Chat Support Specialists with a strong background in providing live customer support in the SaaS online software field, specifically with QuickBooks experience. As a Live Chat Support Specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional live chat and ticket support to our customers using Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho SalesIQ. Key Responsibilities
- Provide live chat and ticket support to customers using Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho SalesIQ
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and addressing concerns
- Utilize QuickBooks experience to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to accounting and financial management
- Collaborate with the support team to achieve goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Blithequark's software solutions and features
- Contribute to the growth and improvement of the support team, providing feedback and suggestions
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in live customer support in the SaaS online software field
- Experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop or Both)
- Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho SalesIQ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Construction experience or knowledge
- Experience with adding and modifying knowledge bases
- Familiarity with Xero
- Experience with emailing customers outside of chat
- Knowledge of hosting and server management
- Familiarity with WordPress, ClickUp/Asana/Monday, Slack/Teams, and phone support

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A competitive hourly rate
- A performance bonus of $100-$400 per month, based on chat volume and customer satisfaction

Working Hours
We're looking for team members who can work 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to work up to 60 hours per week. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM EST - 7:00 PM EST, with shifts available between these hours.

- A second monitor is preferred, but not required
- A secure and private WiFi network is required
