Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Collaboration: Foster and develop associations with colleagues, provide thought leadership, and assert influence by driving actions to achieve goals effectively and efficiently.
- Research and Strategy: Engage with research and colleagues to drive ML strategies and identify areas where business issues can be solved creatively by applying ML.
- ML Solution Development: Lead and work with various specialists and data researchers to implement and scale ML solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors and push the limits of operational objectives.
- Innovation and Proof of Concept: Drive research, proof of concepts, technology investment decisions, and client interactions that lead to the development of top-tier AI platforms.
- Operational Support and Maintenance: Manage the functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team.
- Standardization and Project Planning: Build standard methods used in daily operations and work with specialty units to plan, schedule, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space.
- ML Model Productionization: Productionize ML algorithms in predictive analysis, classification, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, etc., and assess their performance on real datasets.
- Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with different teams to achieve goals in improving framework performance and coordinate with existing software practices that produce effective code.
Essential Qualifications and Abilities
- Technical Expertise: 2+ years of mastery in Python and predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, etc.
- Cloud Platforms: 2+ years of master-level experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
- SDLC and QA: Proficient in SDLC, QA cycles, and Object-Oriented Programming Design Patterns.
- Data Handling: Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social databases.
- Data Workflow Management: 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool.
- Version Control and CI/CD: Experience with revision control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Relational and Communication Skills: Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and the expected outcome, strong relational skills, and determination to complete tasks.
- System Integration: Solid systems integration architecture skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions.

- Docker Experience: Experience with Docker.
- Control Frameworks: Experience with control frameworks.
- Kubernetes Experience: Experience with Kubernetes.
- Cloud Solutions: Experience with cloud solutions in GCP or another cloud platform.
- Atlassian Instruments: Experience with Atlassian Instruments like Jira and Confluence.
- Agile Development: Experience with Agile development techniques.
- Automated Testing and Data Visualization: Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and data visualization and data checking instruments (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau).
- Audio and Text Analysis: Experience with audio analysis and text examination.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor of Science in Data Science, Statistics, Programming, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical foundation.
- Ph.D. Preferred: Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Programming, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical foundation.
