As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Subscriber Tasks capability within the Data Analysis group, responsible for the valuation of subscriber adjustments across the blithequark Streaming portfolio, including Disney, Hulu, ESPN, and Star.
This exciting opportunity involves working closely with our upstream messaging partners to ensure accurate delivery of subscription change messaging, including price increases, subscriber arrangements, and new data being collected. You will also assist in identifying subscribers impacted by incidents requiring timely and legal remediations. Collaborating with incident management, Business Operations, and trade engineering, you will ensure the integrity of our subscriber adjusts and that clients receive refunds when required.
