We work on projects across the entire business spectrum, ranging from our complex global operations to the advanced booking experience. We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating solutions for real-world, large-scale issues using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Work with a team of experts and cross-functionally with our partners to identify and define business issues suitable for AI/ML solutions
* Effectively participate in developing frameworks around which tools, technologies, and infrastructure our team should use in our proof-of-concepts and pilots for AI/ML solutions
* Build proof-of-concepts and models that can be used to demonstrate the impact of AI/ML in arenaflex's various business units
* Develop a set of reusable models/solutions for rapid prototyping
* Foster an AI-first mindset and help democratize AI for arenaflex
* Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in AI/ML and software development

**Requirements:**
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* 3-4 years of experience in AI/ML and software development
* Experience with at least one widely-used programming language, including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, Python, or R
* Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and debugging
* Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with AI/ML frameworks, such as TensorFlow, Microsoft CNTK, scikit, Keras, Caffe, Gluon, Light, SageMaker, or Sky blue AI
* Experience with web development frameworks, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
* Experience with database management systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
* Experience with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes
* Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
