In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of systems that support the needs of our clients, viewers, creators, and paid subscribers. Key Responsibilities
- Lead a technical team to design and deliver robust systems that create business value and drive key insights for Blithequark's support operations.
- Integrate business objectives of partners into technical roadmaps and advance the broader systems strategy to lead ahead of changing business goals.
- Drive best practices across the team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability for the quality and sustainability of deliverables.
- Lead the team to identify opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions that drive business growth.
- Utilize data to drive strategy and business operations, communicate technical concepts to various audiences, and influence cross-functional partners.
- Inspire engineering teams to collaborate, build industry-leading infrastructure, drive adoption, and deliver impact.
- Tackle complex problems and scale across an organization and distributed team.
Essential Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience overseeing system infrastructure design and delivery.
- 10+ years of experience managing people, directors, and teams, as well as coaching and developing a team.
- 5+ years of experience in scaled and high-contact support, managing cross-functional partners, and utilizing core abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in business engineering, systems design, systems integration, data architecture, and solution delivery.
- Ability to use data to drive strategy and business operations, communicate technical concepts to various audiences, and influence cross-functional partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices.

Compensation and Benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $35-$45 per year. Our compensation is determined by job, level, and location. The range shown on each job posting reflects the base and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Individual compensation is determined by location and additional factors, including position-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
