**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide administrative support to the Airport Stations Group, including data entry, customer service, and travel coordination
* Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating events
* Manage and maintain accurate records, including employee files, station meeting plans, and performance reports
* Coordinate with other departments, including CRE/Offices and vendors, to ensure seamless operations
* Perform other duties as required, including financial planning, budgeting, and expense tracking
* Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and software applications
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
