Job Summary
As a Chat Specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and turning conversations into leads for our dealer clients. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries
- Provide detailed information about our products and services, including automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions
- Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed and expert advice to customers
Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
- Experience with chat software and other online communication platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Requirements for Remote Work
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Must live within the state of Florida
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher being preferred
