What You'll Do
As a Customer Care and Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns
- Selling blithequark's smart home and other products on every call
- Explaining device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies
- Meeting goals and growing from feedback and coaching
- Escalating calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function when needed
What You'll Bring to the Team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience and a desire to upsell to customers
- Ability to retain knowledge and learn product information and customer information
- Attention to detail and ability to provide care and attention to every customer issue
- Friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of each customer and business
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask with speed and accuracy
- Problem-solving skills and ability to efficiently resolve issues and meet customer expectations
- Dedication and reliable track record in attendance and performance
- Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment
- Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute
- Passing hiring assessment (soft skill scenario modeling and product knowledge)
- Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems (Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives

To work from home with blithequark, you will need:
- A distraction-free workplace that is ergonomically set to meet our standards
- Minimum internet speed requirements: 10 Mbps download speed / 5 Mbps upload speed
- A hard-wired internet connection (WiFi or hotspots are not allowed)
