Key Responsibilities

- Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software applications.
- Flexible Work Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
