As a Full Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and upselling products and services. If you're a motivated and experienced customer service professional with a passion for delivering outstanding results, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Upsell products and services to customers, increasing revenue and driving business growth * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets **Essential Qualifications** * 6 months of previous call center experience and customer service experience * High School diploma or GED equivalency * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and toggle between multiple screens/systems * Data entry and key stroke accuracy * Dependable, reliable, with a strong attention to detail * Confident and capable of upselling **Preferred Qualifications** * 1+ year of experience in a call center environment * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our representatives grow and develop their careers.
