Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Relations Facilitator to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our talent relations team, you will be responsible for maintaining our talent database, coordinating talent appearances, and providing exceptional support to our talent and events teams. This is a full-time, remote work opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $75,000 per year and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance of our talent database in Flash, including data entry and updates
Coordination of talent appearances, including research, booking, and fulfillment
Maintenance of vendor library, status reports, and other internal records
Management of talent relations financial arrangements, including processing p-card charges and negotiating sales
Distribution of weekly reports to blithequark leaders, including birthday celebrations, launch days, and upcoming events
Talent-facing responsibilities, including supporting talent activities for marketing, brand, and special mission shoots, as well as other requests such as blithequark and Corporate Disney events
Assistance with coordinating talent supports for asset opportunities for our VIP talent, such as the Kardashians and Selena Gomez
Management of experiences, such as dinners, Disney Parks tours, games, and shows
Event-facing responsibilities, including creating lists of attendees for premieres and special events, supervising filler organization, and conceptualizing talent to invite
E-vite distribution and management of the RSVP list
Labeling and seating for premieres
On-site support and leadership of GA and VIP enrollment

Essential Qualifications

2+ years of work experience in publicity or talent relations role
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional social skills
Must be proactive, flexible, and reliable
Must be organized, loyal, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be able to work some nights and weekends as required to support events
Experience with the entertainment industry, including buzz-worthy titles, emerging new talent, and trends

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience
Previous experience working with talent and events teams
Knowledge of talent relations software and databases
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
