As a Licensed Pharmacy Technician and Customer Relations Call Center Agent with blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service to our pharmacy customers. You'll respond to inbound calls, emails, and letters, providing personalized support and resolving customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Your superb communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with various departments will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a professional and courteous manner, upholding blithequark's purpose and values.
- Serve as a customer advocate, researching and interpreting company procedures and policies to resolve customer concerns.
- Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers via phone or written communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction with blithequark is positive and memorable.
Requirements:
- Residency in Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance.
- Possession of or ability to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in your state of residence prior to start date.
- 1+ year of experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications.
- Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Call Center experience with a focus on excellence in service delivery.
- Bilingual Spanish.
