Job Summary
As a Member Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our members. You'll work in our fast-paced communications center at our corporate headquarters in Lone Tree, CO, and will be responsible for:
- Learning about our members and their situations to provide personalized support
- Educating our members on the ways we can help them afford life
- Providing meaningful, careful, focused, and ethical product solutions
- Processing transactions like transfers and payments with courtesy and professionalism
- Performing advanced transactions like IRAs, CDs, open accounts, wire transfers, and handling disputes
- Growing with us by staying up-to-date on financial industry trends, products, services, and technological advances
- Sharing your knowledge on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities
- Standing shoulder-to-shoulder with our members and teammates to deliver exceptional service
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Authenticity and a passion for helping others
- Enjoyment of Learning and a desire for a career, not just a paycheck
- Understanding of Financial Products and services, similar to a Relationship Banker or Personal Banker
- Comfort and Confidence in recommending and processing financial products like loans

- Ability to Work Well with Others, even in challenging situations
