Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing them with the support they need for a seamless travel experience. Your role will involve effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty to the blithequark brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring that every interaction is a positive reflection of the blithequark brand.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, cancellations, and policies, and make recommendations to customers as needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
