Job Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Advisor at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing service support, solutions, and additional product information to our valued customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services through effective soft-selling and interpersonal communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Utilize strong PC skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications to access customer information, resolve issues, and promote products and services
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers, business partners, and co-workers
- Work collaboratively with the call center team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, providing support and assistance as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Maintain a high level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED), or equivalent
- Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, business partners, and co-workers
- Strong PC skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications, including CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with high attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a remote or virtual call center environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools
- Experience with sales and customer service metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and net promoter score
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and complaints
