Job Overview

We are currently seeking Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representatives to provide high-quality multi-channel support and problem resolution to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with service and support issues via phone, chat, email, social media, and US mail. You will also be responsible for resolving problems utilizing department tools, resources, business judgment, and expertise, and appropriate partnerships with field/stores resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention.
