Key Responsibilities: Lead, Motivate, and Inspire
- Teach high-energy AKT classes with precision, enthusiasm, and a focus on proper form and safety
- Demonstrate exercises, provide modifications, and progressions to cater to diverse client needs
- Lead private, semi-private, and demo sessions as required, tailoring your instruction to individual goals and preferences
- Create a motivating and inclusive atmosphere, driving client engagement and retention
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment, contributing to a positive member experience
- Support studio growth by promoting events, classes, and retail opportunities, and engaging with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Develop a strong social media presence to build your personal brand and attract new clients to AKT
- Participate in staff meetings, educational presentations, and other studio activities to stay connected and informed
Essential Qualifications: The AKT Trainer Profile
- A passion for boutique fitness and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
- Experience teaching group fitness classes, with a background in dance, HIIT, strength training, barre, or Pilates
- A charismatic, positive, and motivational teaching style that inspires and energizes clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and client relationships
- Reliability, punctuality, and a dedication to ongoing learning and professional growth
- Fitness certification (preferred) and current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
