Key Responsibilities: Delivering Unparalleled Guest Experiences
• Check-Ins: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, provide essential information about the property, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
• Property Preparation: Prepare properties for guest arrivals, including staging and ensuring everything is in perfect condition.
• Arrival Assistance: Assist guests with any questions or needs they may have upon arrival, ensuring they are comfortable and informed about the property and local area.
• Grocery Shopping: Fulfill grocery orders for guests, ensuring all items are delivered and accurately selected.
• Errand Running: Handle various concierge errands as needed to support guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
