**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialists to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our revenue operations department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of revenue operations, from medical insurance collections to credits, and patient insurance coverage. **Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key duties:
* Perform duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage.
* Communicate effectively with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics.
* Respond promptly and accurately to payer communications, ensuring seamless processes across teams.
* Collaborate with other revenue operations teams to identify process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements.
* Partner with clinics teammates, including insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience required
* Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required
* Data Entry experience filling out online forms
* Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals
* Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus
* Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
